After careful consideration, the Board of Trustees of Pacer Funds Trust has determined to close and liquidate the Pacer CFRA-Stovall Equal Weight Seasonal Rotation ETF (NYSE: SZNE) (the “Fund”). Pacer Advisors, Inc. (“Pacer Advisors”) serves as the investment adviser to the Fund.
