(NASDAQ:AVBH) (the "Company" or "Avidbank Holdings"), the holding company for Avidbank, a California state-chartered bank (the "Bank"), announced a net loss for the third quarter of 2025 of $37.7 million, or ($4.12) per diluted share, compared to net income of $5.8 million, or $0.75 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2025 and $5.8 million, or $0.77 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2024. Results for the third quarter included a $62.4 million loss on the sale of available-for-sale securities. Excluding that item, adjusted net income(1) totaled $6.7 million, or $0.72 per adjusted diluted share(1) for the third quarter of 2025.
