(the “Company”) received a letter (the “MVLS Deficiency Notice”) from the listing qualifications department staff (the “Staff”) of The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) notifying the Company that that from November 13, 2025 to December 30, 2025, the Company’s Market Value of Listed Securities (“MVLS”) was below the minimum of $35 million required for continued listing on The Nasdaq Global Market pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(b)(2)(A) (the “MVLS Requirement”).

(NASDAQ: SELX) (“Semilux” or the “Company”) today announced that it received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”), notifying the Company that it is currently not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement set forth under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) because the closing bid price of the Company’s ordinary shares was below $1.00 per share for a period of 30 consecutive business days.
