EOS Hospitality Credit Partners Closes Second Loan: $105 Million Financing for Newly Built Marriott Campus in Silicon Valley
EOS Hospitality Credit Partners, the hospitality lending business of EOS Investors LLC ("EOS"), provided a $105 million mortgage loan to T2 Hospitality, secured by the TETRA / AC Moffett Park Campus, a recently built, 350-key, dual-branded Marriott hotel campus in Sunnyvale, Calif. The campus consists of the 186-key Hotel TETRA, Autograph Collection and the 164-key AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park. The financing marks the second loan closing for EOS Hospitality Credit Partners.
EOS Provides $140 Million Refinancing for Mission Hill Portfolio
EOS Hospitality Credit Partners, the hospitality lending business of EOS Investors LLC (“EOS”), provided a $140 million refinancing for a three-hotel, 413-key hospitality portfolio owned by Mission Hill Hospitality, a company focused on select service and extended stay hotel investments.
