The gross proceeds to the Company from this offering are expected to be approximately $403.0 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters of the offering an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to an additional approximately $60.5 million of shares of the Company's common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount.
