Stewards Inc - Common Stock (SWRD)

Stewards (NASDAQ: SWRD),a diversified financial platform spanning private credit, real assets and technology-enabled financial infrastructure, received approval from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The company said its shares will begin trading under the existing “SWRD” ticker through a direct uplisting, with no concurrent public offering or issuance of new shares. Stewards’ private credit platform has originated more than $153 million in cumulative direct and syndicated funding across more than 10,000 small businesses since 2020, while the company has also expanded into income-producing real assets and continues to invest in technology and automation.
