NASDAQ: CATLU) (the “Company”) today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 20,000,000 units at an offering price of $10.00 per unit. Each unit issued in the offering consists of one Class A ordinary share of the Company and one right, each right entitling the holder thereof to receive one-seventh of one Class A ordinary share upon the consummation of an initial business combination. In connection with the offering, $10.00 per unit was deposited into a trust account with Continental Stock Transfer & Trust acting as trustee. The Company’s units began trading on The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) on July 28, 2026, under the ticker symbol “CATLU.” Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and rights are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols “CATL” and “CATLR,” respectively.
