The firm’s new positioning – ‘Different. For Real.’ – challenges legacy consulting models and reflects market demand for AI-native services that deliver real-world outcomes
Perficient, the global AI and technology consulting firm, today announced the launch of its refreshed brand, which reflects the firm’s evolution into an AI-native services and consulting partner. The brand refresh is grounded in quantitative market research conducted in Q4 2025 and extensive client discovery conversations.
As enterprise investment in artificial intelligence accelerates, Perficient’s market study, which surveyed current and prospective Perficient clients, reveals a widening execution gap: while organizations are prioritizing AI and automation, many struggle to translate experimentation into measurable business impact. Further revealing client uncertainty, survey data shows that the areas where clients intend to invest are Business Intelligence & Analytics (76%) and Process Automation (72%), demonstrating that data capabilities and industry process expertise are pre-requisites for any AI-services partner.
“I've had this conversation with more than 200 clients now. They have both FOMO and the ambition to move fast, while also contending with the realities of their current environments," said Yusuf Tayob, Chief Executive Officer, Perficient. “They’re dealing with a lot of noise and confusion. Every day brings another shiny tech announcement that crashes into the complexity of legacy systems, messy data, and stubborn corporate cultures. Clients want a partner who brings bold thinking and real-world pragmatism. That's where Perficient is different.”
The study also found that Perficient outperforms peers on outcomes orientation, client-centricity, and agility, which provides the foundation for disrupting legacy consulting models. When determining the critically important factors that most influence decision-making, clients perceive Perficient strongest in handling complexity, speed of implementation, and data and technical expertise.
“I am so proud of our more than 7,000 people who have earned the deep trust that our clients place in us,” Tayob added. “Feedback from clients has included,
‘Perficient is responsive, innovative, and truly understands our business.’
‘Perficient focuses not only on our current needs but also on our future success.’
‘Perficient is like our right arm. The dedicated partnership has contributed to the business growth we’ve seen over the last year.’
We've taken both the history of what works and the feedback on what our clients need now and designed our business for their AI-future and ours.”
Perficient has made significant investments in talent, ecosystem partners, and AI-first offerings to help clients move faster, spend less, and turn AI complexity into practical business outcomes. Today, Perficient brings deeper industry expertise, new AI-native partnerships, and market-leading data experience. It expanded global talent and AI training programs, and now embeds AI directly into execution across strategy, design, engineering, and organizational change.
Perficient also just launched a new website designed to reflect its sharper point of view as an AI-native solutions provider. Perficient.com is designed to clearly articulate client challenges, align them with AI-first solutions, and demonstrate the business outcomes achieved. It was built in 12 weeks using the same AI-native capabilities and talent we use with clients, powered by Sitecore AI and Coveo, and delivered entirely by Perficient teams. The site personifies agility and is an example of how those capabilities and talent are applied in real client engagements.
"Most organizations take nine to 12 months to launch a new website — if they're lucky. They get stuck in the weeds: debating the messaging, wrestling with outdated tech, realizing too late they don't have the people who can actually build what they imagined. We didn't have that problem," said Carrie Grapenthin, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, Perficient. "We designed, built and launched our site in a quarter of the time because we had the three things that matter: we knew exactly what we stand for and weren't afraid to say it, we had people who could actually build it, and we used our own AI-powered platforms to do it. When you stop talking about agility and start practicing it, things move fast."
While the website launch represents a significant milestone, it is intentionally designed as a starting point. The underlying architecture enables ongoing advancement and continuous enhancements, including incorporating agentic features, personalization, and AI workflows that streamline marketing processes overall.
