About the Author
Paul Meunier is the Executive Director of the Youth Intervention Programs Association (YIPA), a statewide nonprofit in Minnesota. He’s a speaker, trainer, advocate, and former youth worker who believes in people over processes, and heart over hierarchy. This is his first book, and a love letter to the field that shaped him.
